SHG Trainings
In
order to expose the women Self Help Groups to the social and economical
developmental concepts and develop and strengthen the individual women
self help group functional status, such as group management, transactional
capacity, block level co-ordination committee meeting are organized in
every month, where the women representatives participate to share their
experience. This year 40 block level co-ordination committee
meetings were held.
Entrepreneurship Development programme
:
Every
month 2 number of women groups organized in 10 batches to develop their
entrepreneurship skills by the resource person. These trainings enable the
women members to initiate income generation activities by establishing
link with banks. So for 200 women have established income generation
units of their own.

Skill Development Training for women
:
As a
result PVM’s aim to provide employment opportunities to unemployed girls,
the following skill trainings were organized on our own and in association
with district rural development agency (DRDA).
